BBAMUN Vision

 

BBAMUN offers a dynamic opportunity to explore politics in a distinctive environment. Our goal is to increase Model United Nations participation in Vermont. Our committee sessions range from novice, traditional committees for those who are new to Model UN, to specialized and even a crisis committee for those who have previously participated in Model UN and want a challenging experience. Our goal is not only to offer a plethora of types of committees, but to also ensure our committees differ dramatically in their topics and even the format and procedure. BBAMUN committees allow differentiation according to interest, readiness, and learning style.

 

BBAMUN takes pride in our products. Each background guide was researched and written by the chairs of the committee to ensure that chairs have the information needed to facilitate debate. Each individual, whether chairs of committees or member of the secretariat, has chaired at least one committee before. Each member has proven their own skill sets of research, writing, debate, and collaboration, and are well-prepared to welcome you to our Model UN conference.

BBAMUN is more than just a day of politics and debate; it is a place where passion for world events and a desire to make a difference in the world is honored. We look forward to meeting you on May 22 for BBAMUN 2016.
